Shipping and delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Celestial Goth Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
